I've been coaching Australians since 2012 — and in that time I've worked with beginners finding their feet for the first time, intermediate lifters stuck in a plateau, competitive athletes preparing for their season, and everyone in between.
What I've learned is that there's no universal programme. The plan that transforms one person leaves another frustrated and burnt out. That's why every plan I build starts with understanding your life — your work schedule, your travel times, your food preferences, your goals, your history. The programme wraps around you, not the other way around.
My approach is holistic. Training, nutrition, supplementation and recovery all work together. A great training plan with poor nutrition delivers a fraction of the result. I build the complete picture.
